Almost three
decades of
showing up.
From a single capital project in 1996 to a district-wide partner today — the USD 413 Foundation has spent nearly 30 years filling gaps, lifting classrooms, and making sure Chanute students have what they need.
From sports complex to district-wide impact.
A Foundation Begins
Founded to fund the Chanute Community Sports Complex — a project that brought our community together and set the tone for everything that followed.
Expanded Mission
We grew beyond a single project to support parent groups and school initiatives across the entire district — handling bookkeeping and compliance so volunteers could focus on students.
FFA Animal Science Learning Center
Partnered with the district and community to fund a brand-new hands-on learning facility for one of our most active programs.
Digital Scoreboards & Video Board
New state-of-the-art scoreboards at Chanute High School and Chanute Middle School, plus a digital video board that brings game day to life.
The Activity Bus Campaign
Our next big dream — a brand-new Activity Bus to safely transport students to games, competitions, and events across the region.
To support every student, every classroom, every day — by equipping teachers, enriching learning, and investing in experiences that make school a place students want to be.
We invest nearly every dollar we receive within the same school year — so your gift becomes real change for a real student in a real classroom, fast.
Volunteers. Neighbors. Comets.
